Is Warrell & Reid a local or national agency?

Warrell & Reid is based in Brisbane, Queensland but regularly recruits roles nationally. Our primary focus is Eastern Seaboard but our technology enables us to recruit roles further afield. In recent months, we have successfully recruited roles in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

How are you different from other agencies?

Warrell & Reid is a boutique agency with deep knowledge of a small number of vertical markets. Our ability to create a customised process that matches our clients' internal processes is the thing that our customers value the most. Large recruitment houses don't have our customer service mindset and don't value your business like we do.

For candidates, we work hard to ensure we communicate regularly.  We are able to have the hard conversations instead of becoming unresponsive. If we can't help you, we will be honest and tell you why and also point you towards someone that can. 

I don’t know how to write my CV. Can you help me?

Absolutely! At Warrell & Reid we regularly give candidates detailed advice on how to write a great resume. We are happy to review your current resume and give you feedback as well as point you towards some other resources which you can use to make sure you have an outstanding resume that clients love.
